Richard Bradley, MD, FACEP, FAEMS is a board‑certified Emergency Medicine physician with more than three decades of clinical, operational, and academic experience across Emergency Medicine, EMS, Disaster Medicine, and military medical operations. He has served in leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, including EMS system oversight, disaster response coordination, and federal deployment support.

Dr. Bradley brings a disciplined, objective, and defensible approach to case review, independent medical examinations, and expert witness analysis.
